Nadine I. Davy, Emeritus
Prior to her retirement in 2023, Nadine Davy was a family law attorney for over 30 years. She represented clients on custody, and placement issues, and the multiple financial aspects of divorce, including maintenance, child support, and property division. She worked with her clients to find out what their needs, expectations, and goals were and advised them on how to achieve their expectations and goals. Her main objective was to listen, educate, advocate, and give her clients the tools to be able to accomplish an efficient resolution of their matter, while minimizing the emotional toll it takes on the family.
Nadine was also a divorce mediator. A divorce mediator guides couples through the complexities of divorce, assisting, facilitating, and encouraging parties to reach a mutual agreement. Mediation is widely used and well known for the higher satisfaction levels it provides in delivering a fair and agreeable divorce settlement.
